Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. I accept cash, business cheques, credit card or debit card & Paypal.
Q. Do you charge a call out fee?
A. I do not charge an initial call out fee, I only charge for any diagnosis or repair work I carry out.
Q. Do you have any premises?
A. I am completely mobile and will travel to wherever your vehicle is – be it your home, place of work or elsewhere. For larger jobs which may require some time to repair, I do have the use of several workshops in the South Yorkshire area.
Q. Do you work on any other make of vehicle apart from Vauxhalls?
A. I can repair standard electrical faults on other makes of vehicles but do not have the equipment needed to diagnose major faults.
Q. Do you work in the evenings or weekends?
A. Yes, my working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. I also work on Saturdays 9am – 1pm
